scpls annual book sale

Sevier County, TN. – The Sevier County Public Library System, 321 Court Avenue, Sevierville, will hold their annual book sale during the week of May 16 – May 22, 2008. The sale begins Friday and will continue until the end of the work day the following Thursday. Special book sale hours are featured on Sunday, May 18.

Sale dates and hours are:

·         Fri., May 16 – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

·         Sat., May 17 – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

·         Sun., May 18 – 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.

·         Mon., May 19 – 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

·         Tues., May 20 – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

·         Wed., May 21 – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

·         Thurs., May 22 – 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Thousands of used paperback and hardback books and other materials will be for sale at bargain prices. For more information about the book sale, please call the Sevier Count Main Library Administration Office at (865) 774-6033.

“Tip-Toe through the Library Garden of Books: Rainforest Adventures Story Time!”

Children can visit with Bill Lucey at the Rainforest Adventures for story time on Monday, May 12, 2008. Children and parents are asked to meet at the Rainforest Adventures, 109 Nascar Drive in Sevierville at 11:00 a.m. The Seymour Branch Library is located at 317 W. Macon Lane.
