Radon gas is like a bad dream.  When we get busy with our life, we tend to forget about it; but unlike a bad dream, radon gas may be lurking in our homes and affecting our lungs and won?t go away--unless we find out about its presence and mitigate for it.  Radon gas takes the lives of 21,000 people each year through lung cancer.  These individuals are no longer here to warn us of the danger of radon gas, so it remains to the rest of us to extend the warning.  Prevention is the way to win the war on lung cancer.  Test your home for radon gas and mitigate if the level is high.  It is easy to test and not difficult to fix.

We can take action against radon and radon-induced lung cancer today by testing our homes. That is the message that the lung-cancer victims on www.cansar.org would give--if they could.
