GATLINBURG – Police have arrested a Cosby, Tenn., man as a suspect in the robbery of the SmartBank branch in Gatlinburg on Dec. 19.
Gatlinburg Police said Jeffrey Emerson Landis, 49, of 732 Shady Gap Way, was arrested on Jan. 3. He was charged with aggravated robbery. Police are continuing the investigation.

To really get away with robbery in Sevier County, you need to get elected to the County Commission and the Good Ole Boys in charge.
