Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals held a fundraiser for his re-election campaign on Tuesday evening, October 13th at the Main Stay Suites in Pigeon Forge. Hundreds of people came out to show their support and to eat a great dinner while listening to music by Jimbo Whaley and his band.
Sevier County Mayor Larry Waters, county commissioners, Knoxville City Mayor Bill Haslam and a host of other important Seiver County businessmen and residents attended the event to show their support for the experienced and appreciated Sheriff.
Both mayors spoke to the crowd in support of Sheriff Seals.
The Sheriff’s race will be held next year. To date, there have been no others signed up to run in the race.
