Elmer ''Tot'' Manning

Elmer (Tot) Manning, age 65 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at UT Medical Center. Tot fought a long and courageous battle with kidney disease and lung cancer. He was a member of Sims Chapel Baptist Church. He was employed by Haywood and Wakefield in Newport for 15 years, and he was also employed by the late Lester Bohanan as a carpenter.
